1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GoAchievo (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
GoAchievo is an application that allows users to create and track personal achievements, share progress via updates, and interact with other users through follows, comments, and likes. Users can create achievements, add reports with text and photos, and participate in social interactions through follows, comments, and likes.
3. Age Restrictions
To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication or by providing your first name, last name, email address, and password (with password confirmation). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties. All actions performed under your account are your responsibility.
5. Acceptable Use
By using GoAchievo, you agree to:
- Be polite and respect other users.
- Refrain from spam, bullying, and aggressive behavior.
- Not share pornographic or erotic content, racist statements, or hate speech. Refrain from fraud and uploading harmful content.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the data and content you create on GoAchievo. At the same time, by using the Service, you grant us the right to collect and use your data and content for analytics, marketing, and advertising purposes. All media you upload, including photos and images, is public and available to other users. GoAchievo is not responsible if someone copies or shares your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content is safe and appropriate for public viewing.
7. Analytics and Tracking
GoAchievo uses Google Analytics to collect and analyze information about how users interact with our Service. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data such as visited pages, time spent on the platform, device information, and general usage patterns. GoAchievo is not responsible for content uploaded or published by users. We strive to prevent inappropriate content on the platform, but we cannot guarantee that all such content will be removed.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with data protection laws, including GDPR principles, without regard to conflict of law rules.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email associated with your account or via in-app notifications. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.
